I grew up in Clear Lake and moved to Ames to attend ISU. After graduating, I chose to stay in Ames and begin my career and family.

Buying our first home in Ames ignited my interest and passion for real estate, and in 1997, my husband & I purchased our first investment property. Since then, we've purchased and sold many properties, gaining experience in: negotiation, foreclosures, house flipping, rehabbing, staging, creative financingand much patience along the way!

I've learned that real estate is much more than finding people homes. It is understanding the needs and desires of each individual client. It includes learning the perspectives of both the buyers and sellers and finding solutions to create Win-Win situations. It is being in tune with the changing market conditions and knowing how those conditions effect my clients.
