As aforementioned, I am from Bettendorf and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. After attending Iowa State University, I pursued licensing and became a REALTOR in the State of Iowa. Currently, I enjoy membership as part of the National, Iowa, & Cedar Rapids Association of REALTORS. My family has been helping other families in Eastern Iowa with all their real estate needs since 1952. I am the third generation of Stradt's to carry on this tradition and am proud of this history.

My educational and professional background consists of advertising sales and marketing. I also carry customer service expertise, various construction trade experience, and business ownership. After my first year, my hard work and commitment to clients earned me recognition as the 2007 Residential Real Estate Newcomer of the Year. Since I began, I have produced yearly sales in the multi-million dollar range.
