I'm Beth Van Zee, a full-time real estate agent with Legacy Realty of Iowa, Realtors in the Greater Des Moines Metro area and surrounding communities. I am a mother, a REALTOR, an animal lover, a weekly blogger, a health and wellness advocate, a garage sale and second-hand store junkie, and a good friend to many.
I consider it an honor to live in my native state of Iowa. Your home, and home search are incredibly important to me. It is the space that relaxes, fulfills, and rejuvenates. It is the place where you can express your creativity, and establish wonderful memories. I take this career of home very seriously. I enjoy a good book, snuggling up with my dachshund, a fabulous "find," and, when I'm able, escapes to the beach. When I'm not assisting clients, you will find me enjoying time with family and friends. Favorite activities are leisurely nights on the patio, dynamic conversations with friends, and any type of live music.
My work is my passion and I believe wholeheartedly in the process and the dream of home-ownership. To that end, I work diligently on my clients' behalf and am delighted to help them navigate this exciting journey - whether in short order, or much further down the road. Simply put, I love finding people a place to call home.
