Here are some facts about me that I hope will help you get to know me better...
* Born in Thailand, my family came to Iowa when I was 8 months old. I have an older brother and sister. Both parents are still in DSM.
* I grew up on the northeast side of Des Moines and graduated from North High School in 1996. I was also the Captain of the wrestling and track team.
* I graduated from Iowa State University in 2000 with a degree in Finance.
* I started a software company, worked as a Financial Advisor at Prudential and Principal. I also helped start a family owned restaurant called Caf Fuzion.
* In 2001, I met my wife Joy (a maternity RN), and we were married in 2005. We live in the Easter Lake area on the SE side of Des Moines close to her family.
* We have 2 kids, Jaxton (2006) and Jasmine (2008) and are expecting twins (a boy and a girl) in 2011!
* We have a huge family that loves to cook and eat. Over 18 nieces and nephews from age 2 to 28!
* Ive been a Realtor since 2006, and I was the 2007 Iowa Realty and DMAAR Rookie of the Year ($6 million that year. Just under $20 million in total).
* I have listed homes for Jerrys Homes, Hubbell Homes, Newblood Development, Venetian Homes and Dreamscape Homebuilders.
* I have experienced hundreds of transactions from land, foreclosures, 1st time buyers, executive properties and commercial space.
* I'm currently a Recruiter and Mentor for RE/MAX coaching new agents.
* I am lucky to have found my passion. I love what I do, and I love my clients!
