Nice to meet you! Born and raised on the beautiful coast of Maine Nicholas moved to Sarasota from Boston where his entrepreneurial spirit led him to build an interior painting company. In 2009 Nicholas moved to Sarasota for a number of reasons, but mainly to contribute to helping people affected by the Great Recession by earning his real estate license. Originally focused on helping buyers and investors purchase short sale and foreclosure properties Nicholas followed the recovering market and positioned himself with a local homebuilder. He learned the new home building process from the ground up and eventually repositioned his career by joining Keller Williams. Once he got to the point where we was advising, helping and training newer agents he pursued his Brokers license and is now the Broker for simpliHOM across the entire state of Florida helping agents succeed as much as he has and even more. He thrives on problem solving, and has a true passion in helping those around him. 2005 in Boston Nicholas earned an Associates of Science degree in Audio Production, which naturally makes him a great listener. 2014 in Sarasota he earned his bachelors degree in Leadership Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. While there he learned that effective communication was paramount to succeed and would enhance his current role in business as Broker of simpliHOM.

Nicholas specializes in new construction, first time home buyers, inventments, land aquisition and short sales & foreclosures transactions.

Nicholas is most familiar with the local real estate markets within and around the following zip code areas. See other realtors that service the same areas by clicking: 33947, 33952, 34232, 34234, 34236, 34237, 34238, 34243, 34266 & 34277
