Chris Conrad was a computer programmer in the energy industry for 17 years prior to becoming a Realtor. He fell in love with real estate, and has never looked back. After embarking on a successful two-year tenure with Bunbury & Associates, Chris took the leap and created the Conrad Development real estate brokerage with his wife and business partner, Ruby. The two share a passion for all things real estate: buying, selling, property management, development, and making people's dreams come true. Chris loves running, and has so far finished 3 marathons. Ruby and Chris love living in the Vilas neighborhood with their precocious six-year-old daughter, Naomi.
