We're Josh and Sarah Bey, a husband and wife team who met at UNI more than 15 years ago while pursuing our shared passion for real estate. Today, we feel very fortunate to have helped hundreds of Cedar Valley clients buy and sell their homes at every stage of life and in every price range.
We do real estate because we love it! We like the industry. We like the people we meet. And, we like to guide people to make good buying and selling decisions. Hopefully we cross paths someday in person and we can make big real estate decisions together.

Our Backgrounds
Although we both started real estate in college, we have a variety of other skills and experiences, that bring an edge to our services.
During the last 15 years, Sarah spent 7 of those gaining experience in entrepreneurship and commercial development. Sarah has managed both residential and commercial properties, worked for local real estate developers, managed million dollar budgets, spear-headed several company re-brands, helped start Mill Race (the Cedar Valley CoWork facility), and helped build out UNI support programs for Iowa Entrepreneurs. She is a true project manager timeline focused, efficient and here to assure you we're on top of things.
Josh's background is an interesting one too! He spent many years crewing for hot air balloon pilots, assisting photographers, and working in the theater managing lighting, set construction, and even the stage itself. He gets the moving parts of the real estate process and is a true arranger. You can be assured your home and photos will be seen with an eye for detail and the real estate process will feel smooth and enjoyable.
