Working full-time as a real estate team under our business name McDaniel Real Estate Services, Inc, Jim and Lisa are proud to partner with REMAX Concepts. Our team specializes in resale, relocation and new construction properties and we bring over 23 years of combined real estate sales experience to each transaction. Jim and Lisa have been married for 30 years and met while attending Iowa State University. Our family currently resides in Ankeny after relocating back to Iowa from the Minneapolis, MN area. We are proud parents of two sons and a 4-legged Shiatsu/Maltese mix named Maggie.
