I am a career real estate broker dedicated to serve the real estate needs of my clients and customers. I have a college degree and extensive real estate post graduate studies, holding the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and being a member of the REALTORS Land Institute. I have experience in residential, acreage, farm, commercial, industrial, building lots, and mobile home brokerage; and in leasing, management, exchanging, and counseling. I am a native of North Iowa, know the area extensively, and volunteer my time, talents, and treasure in numerous civic, school, and church organizations in leadership roles. My passion is your satisfaction.
My wife of 29 years, Janean, is a partner and broker-associate who holds a master's degree in effective teaching and has taught family and consumer sciences for 33 years. Together, we have served community youth in numerous leadership capacities including Scouting, FFA, 4-H, church, sports teams,and school activities.
We are proud parents of our son, Kyle, a fellow Eagle Scout, FFA American degree recipient, and outpatient pharmicist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN; and daughter, Karen, soon to complete her doctor of pharmacy degree from Drake University, Des Moines, IA. Both of our kids were excellent high school students; four-year, four-sport athletes, while participating in nearly every extracurricular activity offered. We are grateful for the wonderful educational opportunities afforded to us and them in the Osage Community Schools.
My brother, Phil, also a partner and broker-associate is also a career real estate professional and college graduate. Together, we offer an unparalleled level of communication, cooperation, and service to clients and customers by always elevating their needs above ours.
