Real estate is an addictive profession! I started down this career path after accepting a job relocating people to the area. I quickly discovered I would rather work with the clients than just with their companies!
The greatest joy for me is helping to match people with their new homes and helping them to remove the stress of selling quickly by setting the home up for the best possible sale. Of course, not everyone takes the advice a real estate professional provides because everyone has advice on selling houses and raising children! However, I truly enjoy sharing successes of past sellers and cautions from prior transactions that had bumps along the way.
Relationships I've built over the years are immensely helpful in smooth closings. Those relationships include other real estate agents, closing companies, attorneys, abstractors, home warranty companies, home inspectors, and lenders.
I've also made some wonderful friends over the years in the clients I've worked with. The most important thing I can do is share what I've learned with others, whether or not they end up selecting me as an agent. I've committed to doing that and often share with competitors. It's a big real estate market and there is room in it for everyone who is conscientious, caring, and diligent in care for their clients!
