I am happily married to Lisa Hinkhouse Simpson for 38 years and we are empty nesters with our unconditional loving dog Rosie.We are blessed to have three healthy adult Children and three healthy Grandchildren.

I was raised and grew up in a Rural Eastern Iowa setting & continued in the Agricultural business until 1992.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology & worked in that field until beginning my Real Estate career in 1994.

My Mother told my Brother when she first heard I was going to be a Real Estate Agent and later a Realtor the following: What's the matter with Marc? He's not a salesman! Well as Mothers usually know what there talking about she was right,I am not a sales person. I truly am a consumer advocate and help the public make good sound Real Estate decisions for 24 years now, thanks Mom!
