Todd grew up working beside his grandfather working on a small dairy farm in Bingham County. Todd enjoyed bird hunting right on the farm before he went to school for the day. He also enjoyed big game hunting in the area. Life circumstances hit and Todd ended up leaving Idaho.

Todds path had a long stop in California where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in deviant behavior. He spent 27 years in law enforcement with the Vacaville Police Department before retiring in June of 2018. Todd also found a keen interest in real estate and in 2001 obtained his real estate license. In 2009 Todd left the traditional real estate firms and focused on farms, ranches and recreational properties.

One of Todds hobbies (outside of real estate) is the time he spends coaching a youth shotgun shooting team. In California Todd coached the YSA Clay Busters. After moving to Idaho Todd was surprised to find there was not a youth shotgun shooting team in the greater Pocatello area. Todd started the Bannock Clay Busters, a youth trap and sporting clays shooting team.

Now that Todd is retired from law enforcement he returned home, to Idaho, where he moved onto some land of his own. Todd continues to combine his love of the outdoors and his keen interest in real estate.

Todd Dye specializes in farms, ranches, rural, recreational and hunting and fishing properties transactions.
