As a ranking member of the Portland Metropolitan Associations of Realtors and 2021 recipient of PMAR's "Master Circle" award, as well as being a licensed member of the National & Oregon Association of Realtors, I'm proud that my profession allows me to use the tools Ive developed over the past 20+ years to help people on a daily basis. Through personal experience, I understand that the act of buying or selling a home is more than just transactional in nature; In fact, it can often be a life changing event! It also means that Ill never represent your home online with a smartphone picture ;^)
On the buying side; I personally work with every client, so there will be no handing you off to a junior member of a team while we work toward your goals together. My focus on identifying opportunity, strategic positioning & conflict resolution through negotiation (while also keeping my people from falling prey to some of the other pitfalls that buyers face in todays heavily weighted market) serves clients well. In short, I can help you win too!

Speaking personally, Ive been connected to our great city and its surrounding areas since childhood. Most recently, my family (wife Shawn, son Jakob, mother Glenna, and mutts Juno & Dizzy) have lived in the vibrant Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood for the past 17 years.
