Walt Hess has been a full time real estate agent in the Magic Valley since 1977. He has personally worked with over 4000 buyers and sellers and takes personal pride to be sure that transactions are handled properly. Walt has served as broker at Gem State Realty since 1989. His REO experience has helped him turn more than 5000 properties statewide.
Adam Hess is an outgoing, personable business professional with 17 years of Real Estate sales experience and 12 years of REO experience. Our team has a successful 11 year track record of listing and selling REO's and HUD owned homes for Asset Managers. He is a very diplomatic and tactful with the real estate community and public at all levels. He has an excellent history of producing accurate, timely information and meeting timelines set forth by Asset Management Companies.
Jim Bails has lived in Twin Falls since 1978. He really enjoys the small community, stating there is a friend around every corner. He became a Realtor as well as Walt Hess assistant in 2006. The knowledge and attention to detail that he has accrued has helped in performing many tasks that keep him in tune with todays market. His marketing, organization, and statistical skills bring another level of service to the forefront.
