After spending a week visiting Boise, I moved to the Treasure Valley area in November of 2002. My husband and I both quit our jobs and moved in 30 days and


WEVE NEVER LOOKED BACK.


We bought our first home and I started a new career in real estate. Before coming to Idaho, I spent 5 years managing large apartment communities in the Sacramento area I knew that it wasnt my lifes calling. After moving to Boise, I started as a part-time real estate sales associate in February 2003. I soon realized how difficult it was to get started when you didnt know too many people and didnt have established business contacts. But I wasnt going to give up.


I soon found myself in new home construction, and it fit into my life quite perfectly, I have two children and really wanted to be available for them. I worked solely in new construction for the next 15 years and attained my New Home Sales Professional designation. New construction allowed me to work set hours and have two days off with my family each week, so it really was the perfect opportunity for me.


I love working with builders and buyers to design dream homes and help get communities started from the ground up. When the market for new homes changed so drastically, I really stepped out of my new community comfort zone to try traditional real estate, I found I loved it too. My new home construction background allows me to completely understand the building process, and helps me help people who are looking to sell or buy either a new or existing homes.


I'm excited about what the future holds for the Treasure Valley, It truly is the best place to live, raise your family become financially free and experience home ownership.
