Licensed real estate agent for Keller Williams Realty Boise. Tim started with KW in Elk Grove California as the MCA/CFO for the Elk Grove market center. Tim received his first Idaho real estate license in 1978 while attending college. He received his California real estate license in 2005 and helped friends and family with their real estate needs while serving as the MCA/CFO. Tim moved back to his home town of Boise in 2013 and got his Idaho real estate license in April 2013. In June 2018 Tim retired from the MCA/CFO position to focus only on helping his clients with their real estate dreams. Tim has seen a lot of changes in the real estate market in the last 15 years and has gained valuable experience to help him better serve his clients. As a College of Idaho alumni, Tim enjoys attending "Yotes" football games. He also enjoys biking, rafting and archery with his wife Julia.
