We have over 3000 acres in Southeastern Washington State and spent most of the last 30 years raising 3 sons, farming wheat, alfalfa hay and raising cattle. I approach the real estate business pretty much like I farmed. I am up early and in the office and I welcome calls anytime including weekends. I have personally bought and sold thousands of acres of land with my own money and I have the skills and experience to negotiate tough deals.
