Originally from Southern CA and later making Idaho his home in 2019 after both living and studying in Mexico, Chris has always been an entrepreneurially-spirited person who is passionate about helping others. Chris was inspired to pursue the world of real estate after a long history of developing and running mortgage, real estate, and income tax franchise organizations. Part of this stems from knowing the Treasure Valley landscape since he was a child, and part from his innate appreciation for all the Treasure Valley has to offer. Since then, Chris has become known for his proven efforts in positioning clients for competitive market excellence while adding splashes of nerve-settling peace and fun to the mix. Even more notably, he is admired for his compassionate ambiance, resourceful network, track record for going beyond just the sale, and ultimately for his unprecedented commitment to not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them every time.

To date, Chris holds a BA in Spanish with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and as a lifelong learner, he is always staying up-to-date on industry trends. However, when Chis is not staking sold signs into the ground, you can often find him nurturing a side hustle or two, staying active via snow skiing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, being a textbook foodie with anything Mexican being his kitchen throwdown specialties, brewing his handcrafted espressos, out reviewing taco joints (100+ and counting), and above all, spending time with his wife and two boys!
