Heather Smith is a REALTOR who combines her love for the industry with her strong passion for education and helping others.
Before getting into the real estate business in 2006, Heather previously taught at a private school in Layton as well as worked in home design for many years. One of her favorite design claims to fame is winning the kitchen design award in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Heather is a Utah State University Aggie with a degree in Human Resource Management and minor in Communications. Both areas come in handy with agents, transactions and hosting crazy fun events.
As an active Realtor and brokerage manager for eXp Realty, Heather leads her agents and represents buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She considers education both of clients and agents an important part of her role as a Realtor and mentor. Heather teaches real estate technology, building your business, customer service and client retention. She has been the guest speaker on webinars, and taught in multiple states.
A lover of all things Marvel, Chocolate, and Rocky Mountains, Heather lives in Riverdale, Utah, with her husband James, a couple cats who wish to remain anonymous, and her white German Shepherd. By the mercy and grace of God, she is a Brain Cancer Warrior and celebrates being cancer-free in April each year. She gets crazy excited over travel, photography, and foodie adventures!
