Darryl Gardner, CNE, USAF Ret.I am a proud Pacific Northwest native who has lived in several cities, but believe the Spokane/Eastern Washington and Coeur d' Alene/North Idaho areas offers some of the best quality of life of any area in the nation. I am licensed in both WA and Idaho to serve you! Prior to my career in Real Estate I served my country for nearly 21 years while in the United States Air Force (USAF). My career in the USAF instilled a dedication to duty, committed work ethic while allowing me to serve the public, which I have always enjoyed. My family and I are very happy to be living in such a great city and friendly community. I enjoy sharing my love of this area and it's people along with building relationships while working as a real estate professional and Realtor/Broker. I have a college education, have completed a 100 hour Home Inspection & Appraisal Courses and also graduated from the coveted Certified Negotiation (CNE) Expert course of which I hold a special Real Estate designation. Less than 1% of Realtors nationally have this training. These items of course combined with my experience in the market further enhance services to my clients! I am a top producer and consistently perform in the top 10% in overall sales!
