Hi, I am Jo Short. I have been a licensed Realtor in Idaho and Wyoming since 2001. In Wyoming I was a Broker/Owner of a Re/Max office.
I specialize in New Construction for Single Family homes, Luxury Real Estate, First Time buyers, Move Up/Move Down, I am and adviser/mentor and listing agent for Sellers and owned a property management company.
With growing children who were interested in the College's in Boise, we decided to move back to my home state of Idaho in 2013. Over the years I have been involved as a Board Member for the SV Chamber of Commerce, Board member for a local water district, a member and participant of the Teton County Association of Realtors, Ada County Association of Realtors along with being on various committees dedicated to helping the communities I live and work in.

I attribute my success in Real Estate to all the wonderful clients who continue to send referrals my way. This propels my passion for delivering the highest level of customer service possible. I make the best efforts to be available for my clients during and after all transactions. From 22 years of experience I can anticipate questions and be ready for the next steps ahead of my clients whether it is Buyers, Sellers, Title Companies, or Lenders.
I envision Real Estate transactions to be just like the great hockey player Wayne Gretsky was quoted saying "A good hockey player plays where the puck is. A great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be".
