I've worked with real estate transactions for the last 20 years. I started out in the Spokane area working at a local mortgage company and than went on to work at Washington Mutual as a Senior Loan Officer. From originating to processing than underwriting and the final step, signing. Making my clients happy has always been my number one objective, while always thinking out of the box, to accomplish my clients main goal. I've learned so much, always enjoying my journey and have done some creative financing over the years.
My husband has roots in the Palouse area where we decided to raise our 4 girls in the 100 yr. old homesteaded farm on the Palouse. While raising my girls, I wanted to keep my foot in the door to further my career as I was able. I opened my own business to sign real estate transactions of all kinds to stay educated in my career field. Life is always a balancing act and I knew I would continue my career in some form.
I have signed over 5000 real estate loans and continue to do so as well as starting a new avenue working as a full time real estate agent. It seems to be an excellent fit for me. My experience has given me a great overview of the entire buying or selling from the beginning to the end. I have learned many aspects of negotiating to achieve the desired result for both parties. I see the transaction from a lender, appraiser, underwriter and real estate agents perspective. I have made many friends in the business that I lean on for a great resource.
In my free time I like to spend time with my family camping, traveling, working on small house projects or inviting friends over for barbecued late afternoon meals or attempting to replicate a famous chef's inspired cuisine..no matter what the outcome. Our girls are being raised in an environment of wheat, combines and tractor driving. Such a fabulous place to raise kids!! I have found my life's work and will continue for many years to come.
