As a 5th generation area resident and realtor since 2004, I take so much pride in helping my clients buy or sell property in the area. I specialize in 2nd home/vacation properties, first time homebuyers, investments and vacant land. I am battle tested in REOs, foreclosures and short sales as well. I work tirelessly to help buyers find exactly what they are looking for! For sellers, I have a keen eye for value and utilize many marketing platforms to ensure they are getting the exposure they deserve.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I was an honors graduate of Boise State University and worked for the Idaho Tourism Office as a marketing specialist and travel writer tour operator. When showing clients around the area, I cant help but feel that I am giving them a private tour of my hometown. I love living here with my high school sweetheart husband and 9 year old son as there is a strong sense of community and plenty to do, from beach days at the lake, delicious dining opportunities, and hockey games at the rink. I often tell my clients that I am happy to be their personal concierge for the area!
