Born and raised in South Eastern Idaho and having lived here all of my life, I can truly call this place HOME. I love this area with the Rocky Mountains and all the recreational opportunities, plus the four seasons and the changes that come with it. Being in a smaller community where you meet people who become lifelong friends, is something you just can't put a value on. The cost of living is so affordable, and you get so much more home for the money here.
That said, I obtained my real estate license in 2008, because helping people realize their home ownership dreams and having them make those memories become a reality, is my dream too...
From my very 1st sale I've loved seeing my clients excitement as they purchase what will be their most important investment, a place they call home. I don't take that responsibility lightly as residential real estate is very emotional and it seems like I buy and sell each and every home I'm involved in... As I mentioned we live in a smaller community and I enjoy how my clients become friends, just another reason I love what I do.
