Bend living is about building relationships; with family, local businesses, the community and the outdoors. Facilitating your introduction to the recently Bend network, and your new home is my specialty. Working with Buyers and Sellers alike, I will serve your needs and connect you with the community at many different levels. My background includes positions within the core leadership of companies ranging from large multinational corporations like Pfizer to smaller, high-tech, start-up operations. In my career International relocation was a fact of life and I experienced first-hand the need for a qualified Realtor in this process. I strive to thoroughly understand my client's needs. I will provide clear communication and helpful guidance to my clients and work solely on their behalf. My global travels have conditioned me to enjoy the differences in people and cultures while appreciating the homeward trip back to Bend. Our family started our relationship with Bend over 23 years ago after time in Canada and the Midwestern US. My wife and I chose to raise their three children in Bend and they have greatly benefited from the healthy outdoor lifestyle. Sharing the special connections I have made with this wonderful community is part of my expertise.
In order to provide the highest level of service to my clients I continue to invest in continuing education. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) I am able to offer my Buyers a competitive edge during property searches and purchase negotiations. In addition I have invested the time and effort to achieve accreditation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) providing new services for our rapidly growing 55+ community.
