Real estate professional, Mindy Yount, is originally from Montana, and feels blessed to have lived in the breathtaking northwest her entire life. She has always had a passion for "homes", and as a single mom, purchased and sold several homes when transferred between job locations. She quickly realized the potential in reaching both financial and lifestyle dreams by investing in real estate. When it came time for her to find a new career, she jumped into real estate full time. She was wildly successful her first year and has been obsessed with helping others ever since. She works with both buyers and sellers, and sells all types of real estate. Her favorite is custom homes and waterfront properties.

When she is not selling real estate, she is indulging in the Extraordinary North Idaho Lifestyle. Her and her husband, along with their kids and grandbabies, enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle of boating, skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting. Most often, they can be found just hanging out around a crackling bonfire at their beautiful, custom log home by the lake.
