My name is Attila, just like Attila The Hun. I was born in Eastern Europe, and now, being a naturalized citizen, I am a big believer in the American Dream. I worked in the Title Insurance industry for 15 years and became very familiar with the process of rezoning and subdividing properties. Expertise in the entire title and escrow process, whether it is land, residential resale, commercial or new construction, I can help. My start in Real Estate was selling residential, commercial and industrial properties in Montana and North Dakota. Relocating to Idaho has given me additional experience with raw land sales, small acreage properties and income properties.
I have been a firearms instructor for over 20 years ,and an archery instructor for more than 7 years. I love being outdoors, especially with my children, introducing them to all the shooting sports and instilling in them a love for everything Idaho has to offer. My wife and real estate partner, Jennifer, and I are not transactional agents, we are all about the relationship. We don't care how long it takes to find you your perfect place, as long as it is the perfect place for you.
