Liz Rutger was raised in Lava Hot Springs Idaho and started her Real Estate Career right out of high school at 19 years old. Starting as young female in 2002-A rough market-She had to dig deep to make her way, which carved out a work ethic and desire to help other accomplish their Real Estate goals. In shifting Markets and the ever changing ways of reaching the public, Liz is not afraid to change the mold and embrace new ideas. Liz has had many years of experience as a Realtor in Southeast Idaho. She has extensive knowledge of the area, her home town Lava, and the surrounding communities such as Pocatello, Chubbuck, American Falls and Marsh Valley. She was awarded the Realtor of the Year in 2008. She has served in Pocatello Leadership, Director and Program Coordinator for the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors Board, sat on the Professional Standards Committee for several years for her local Association, and is currently serving on the Grievance Code of Ethics Committee for the Idaho Association of Realtors.
When Liz is not working, she enjoys being outside and taking advantage of Idaho's 4 seasons with her Family! Believe it or not, Winter is her favorite!
