In November of 2000, Dave closed on his first house, a rough-around-the-edges 1922 colonial with lots of sun, not a lot of storage, and an enormous oak tree in its postage stamp-sized back yard. From the second he stepped in the door, he was hooked on the warm, rooted feeling home ownership gave him. His goal is to help you find that same feeling.

A native Wisconsinite, he has lived in Madison for the better part of three decades. When hes not pinching himself to make sure his good fortune of being part of the Weichert, Realtors-Lakepoint team is real, he is a theatre artist, an aspiring home chef, a determined if under-skilled gardener, andwith his wifehappily busy installing native gardens at his Rolling Meadows home. Dave looks forward to helping you find the right place to make your family memories.
