After 15 years of operating my own remodeling and custom woodworking business, Ive decided to return to my former profession realtor in my hometown of Columbia, Ill. I started selling real estate in the late 1980s in Columbia and throughout Southern Illinois. Before becoming a realtor, I was a carpenter with H. J. Frierdich and sons Construction homebuilder to a lot of the homes youll see in Columbia. My roots run deep in Columbia and Monroe County. Not only am I fifth-generation Columbian, but my skills and knowledge of homebuilding, remodeling and real estate sets me apart from other realtors in this area. Also, whether you are selling or buying Ill be able provide you with insight from a homebuilding, remodeling perspective. Something else that you may not find with other realtors is that I will donate a portion of every commission I earn to those in need. Ive been helping the homeless along with children and families in poverty ever since I was old enough to understand their struggles. Ive been blessed to always have a roof over my head and a family to care for me. My desire is to do what I can to make the same possible for those who need a helping hand.
