I am Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. I am a top producer in my real estate office. I am focusing especially at listing and selling REO properties. I also perform interior, exterior and drive-by BPOs. I am also experienced in successfully selling short sales and can manage rental properties for investor clients. I work with a team of experienced professionals that way we can cover all Chicago land areas like Chicago itself; Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties. I work with multilingual staff that can speak English, Spanish, Polish, Slovak and Czech.
We also take care of preservation services on the properties like re-keys, trash-outs, winterizations & de-winterizations, repairs, board ups; landscaping, snow removal and many more. We assist at evictions; provide bids and weekly drive by inspections. We work with a huge number of potential buyers like first time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors and contractors.
I carry a SRS Certification (Seller Representative Specialist). I am a member of NRBA (National REO Brokers Association), REO NETWORK, NRDS (National Association of Realtors), IAR (Illinois Association of Realtors), MORe (Mainstreet Organization of Realtors) and MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I received Equator Platform Platinum Certification, Equator REO Agent Certification, RES.NET REO Certified Agent Certification, 3P Asset Management Certification, Agent Real Estate Owned Certification for Single Source Property Solutions, BPO Certification Training for Specialized Asset Management LLC, Chrisley Certification, Bluebook CVA Preparer Designation and Accredited REO Agent Certification. I successfully completed REO classes: Advanced Evaluations and REO Best Practices, HUD Visual Assessment Course for Lead Based Paint, 1st & 2nd class of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).

We will advertise the property in Multiple Listing Service (MLS); realtor website; place the real estate for sale sign on all our listed properties; advertise on our websites; facebook; twitter; send out postcards and flyers; place ads in local newspapers and magazines; advertise to all possible internet websites (Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Listhub, etc.); advertise in our real estate office; send out e-mails; advertise to all potential buyers like first time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors as well as real estate agents. We hold Open Houses. We recommend reliable loan officers to the buyers and try to find the best lending program to fit their needs. We do our best to get the top dollar amount to our client. We work very hard for our clients!
