Edward Buthelezi is a nonnative community member of Bloomington from Cape Town South Africa. He first came to the city when he immigrated to the United States in 2015. He and his wife lived in Philadelphia as she was completing her degree in psychology. In august of 2017 they made Bloomington their home and now proudly raising two boys in this diverse community.

Edward started working in real estate in 2020 as a leasing consultant to six local properties. Prior to that he attended a college in Cape Town for Civil and Building Engineering, Carpentry and Roadwork. After arriving in the United States, Edward work in retail for Old Navy and Best Buy, whilst attending Community College for Supply Chain Management. By combining his experiences and education, he feels at home in real estate. Being a homeowner himself, Edward understands how buying or selling a home can be a stressful undertaking. But with a positive attitude, love for providing quality service, and the strength of Century 21, he can make the home buying and listing experience noteworthy.

New to the property management industry in 2020 and faced with COVID-19 pandemic. Edward quickly learned the value of what people call home and what work needs to be done to provide a safe, and positive environment to tenants. Edward enjoyed showing apartments in-person and virtually to students or anyone looking for home. He was also involved in marketing the properties in a very competitive market that has old and new apartment living. Edward combined his experience in retail and construction to provide excellent customer service by efficiently communicating what one needs to do to secure and apartment. Hes enjoyed working with the maintenance team that is a crucial park in providing stress free service to the tenants.
