Thank you for finding me, I'm glad you're here! I am a market expert in the Crystal Lake, Lakewood and greater McHenry County area. I have lived here almost my entire life, and am intimately familiar with our neighborhoods, schools, and area amenities. When choosing an agent, having a true local market expert is crucial.

2) The median time for my listings to go under contract in the last 12 months is 3 days. The median for all homes in our market area is 12. That's 9 days sooner, which gets you, the seller more money. Less market time = on average, a higher sale price.
3) I have done 250% more transactions in the past year than the average Realtor in our market area. This keeps me in touch with the 'pulse' of the market and facilitates great working relationships with other area agents, which in turn, benefits my clients.
4) When you hire me for your real estate needs, you get ME. I intentionally do not work with a team, as I don't want to send a rookie to represent you in important decisions.
