An educator who has served Chicagoland for years, Connie Gibson is committed to serving in a new capacity as Residential Real Estate Specialist. Connie was recently licensed by the State of Illinois; since then she has received extensive training in technology which will enable her to target and analyze Chicago housing markets for buyers and sellers. She has received Coldwell Banker's training, ensuring that she is fully equipped to work out the best possible terms for her buyers and sellers.

To Connie, Chicago and suburbs are all about families, schools, wonderful community resources, the seasons...and Lake Michigan! Connie makes full use of her South Shore neighborhood. She hikes regularly through Jackson Park and along the lakefront (www.ChicagoParkDistrictwww), she has taken up golf (with the coaching expertise of her son Thomas) at various City sites (www.CPDGolfwww) and she even gardens at a community garden sponsored by Growing Power (www.GrowingPower.org). She treasures her church, the Chicago Church of Christ (www.ChicagoChurch.org) , which meets at IIT on Wednesday nights and Sundays, and the public libraries are a valued resource (www.ChiPubLib.org).
Personal Background
Connie is blessed to have a wonderful family including her two most precious sons, Brett and Thomas Bina, both of whom live in Chicago. Her parents, Clifford and Ireta Crone, brother Doug and his family (Krishna and Alicia) live in Naperville. Her niece Emer lives in Chicago with her husband Goran Simic. Extended family live around the country, and dear friends are to be found in Florida, New York state, North Carolina, Michigan, of course Illinois, and beyond. Connie is married to Joseph Gibson, and her dear married extended family live in Chicago's Englewood and Las Vegas.
