Eugenia (Genia) Manning works hard to ensure that you and your property are taken care of every step of the way. Ive wanted to work in real estate since high school, explains Genia. I really enjoy helping people achieve their dreams. I consider it an amazing privilege to serve my clients.

Outside of her career in real estate, Genia enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Matt, have been married for 17 years. They are the proud parents of Morgan, their pre-teen daughter. Together, they enjoy traveling and teaching Morgan new things. Genia has many interests, including nature, constructing things, welding, swimming, fishing, hiking, cooking, 4-wheeler riding and photography!

A native of rural Du Quoin in Perry County, Genia was born during the January 1977 blizzard. She theorizes that her early experience with winter is why she hates cold and winter to this day! Her family settled in Perry County in 1855, and Genia has lived within a 10-mile radius of her familys small town her entire life. A 1995 graduate of DuQuoin High School and a 1997 graduate of John A. Logan College, Genia has had a diverse background in customer service. In 2003, she and her husband became co-owners of M&M Floor Care. Genia is highly experienced with taking care of peoples needs and making sure theyre happy with the care theyre given.

I pride myself on being an honest person who treats others the way I want to be treated, Genia says. I believe you should give the janitor the same respect that you would give the president, and I view everyone as a friend. For me, strangers are simply friends I havent met yet!
