In their leisure time, Velta and Carmen enjoy all outdoor activities including canoeing, and camping, going on archeological digs, gardening, bicycling, and commuting to appointments and traveling the countryside on Carmen''s BMW motorcycle.Before moving to Rockford 15 years ago, Carmen was a resident of the Chicago suburbs which gives him the advantage of knowing the geography, economics and real estate market of the Chicagoland area. Having been raised and then raising her own family in Rockford, Velta also has a very good familiarity with the neighborhoods, school systems, cultural attractions and history of this city and its surrounding areas. She is also gifted with a second language, German and speaks it fluently.Carmen and Velta have been together as a working team since the year 2000 and pride themselves in providing their clients with honest and professional service. Over the years, they have built a business foundation of trust that keeps their past and current clients continue to refer them to their families and friends.
