I am Heather Witt am a sucker for a cold Busch Lite or a rootbeer shooter. I am "not married" to a Union electrician and we have four kiddos. Believe it or not, my daughters are my best friends, two are are 15 and I still have all my hair. I also have two ridiculously rambunctious pups that keep me running around getting things our of their mouths.

Now the important stuff. But I'm not going to sing my own praises, instead I'll tell you the hard parts. I'm good at my job, I love it, that's not hard... the hard to hear part is what you will now read. What IS hard is that I make a point of telling my buyers and sellers things they may not want to hear. Sellers, skip to the next paragraph, buyers...you love the house? Yay! But I'll also point out things you don't see with your rosecolored glasses... I'll remind you of the things you really want in a home, and why this one isn't idea (if it's not). I'll point out indications of water in the basement, leaking skylights, uneven walls, shoddy workmanship.

For my sellers, I'll tell you that as beautiful as your family is, the pictures probably need to come down, that your fantastic, trendy color choices are probably not going to help your home sell quickly, that while I totally understand you are still living here while trying to sell, you probably should box some things up...
I'll tell you what you DON'T necessarily want to hear. But I will do it in the most loving way I can, to do my best for you and get your home sold for the most money, in the shortest amount of time, or whatever point of selling is important to you.
