Troy's passion for real estate stems from a genuine desire to help clients with one of the great life-changing decisions: buying or selling a home or property. He has worked in various roles throughout his career that focused on helping individuals professionally and personally, and is excited to continue this in real estate. His focus is to have the best interest of the client in mindcaring for their specific wants and needswhile being personable and working at the unique pace of each client.
Growing up, Troy played team sports through high school and college, which established his ability to work well within a team setting, large or small. He holds an MBA from North Park University. Troy chose to work with Berkshire Hathaway to be part of one of the best Chicagoland area teams and is able to provide valuable resources to his clients from their collective expertise. In addition to team sports, Troy is currently an avid marathon runner, having completed 14 marathons to date in 14 different states. His goal is to run a marathon in all 50 United States. The dedication and persistence that are essential to marathon running also translate into his real estate approach to standing with his clients until the end. Relationships built with each client are intended to be enduring ones and not simply transactions.
Having lived in various communities in the Urban, Suburban and Rural areas of Western Chicagoland, Troy is familiar not only with different neighborhoods, but also with the different cultures that the Chicago area has to offer. This knowledge and perspective are invaluable in helping individuals and families find the right fit for their next home.
Troy and his wife have three grown children and one grandchild. They love to take long walks with their dog, cook big family meals, go on long runs and do home improvement projects.
