I consider education an important part of the real estate experience, so I will take the time to explain each step of the process as we go along. I was born and raised in the MetroEast area, within 20 miles of Downtown St. Louis, so I'm very knowledgeable about the communities that make up this thriving region. I have a Bachelors Degree from Northern Illinois University and a Masters Degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I have purchased, renovated and flipped two properties and am now working on my third. Participating in the slow evolution of a time-worn "fixer upper" into a cozy new home is a hobby that I hope I'll enjoy through many more projects. As much as I truly enjoyed my previous careers in journalism and teaching, I honestly wish I'd gotten my license long before I did. Winning the Rookie of the Year Award for my first year in the business told me that real estate is right for me.
