A little about myself and Platner Realty!

As a working professional, I am very interested in the local community and knowledgeable of schools, shopping, local businesses and the uniqueness of each neighborhood.

I have lived in this area most of my life. I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch College in 2003. Before embarking on a Real Estate career, I worked for many years as a Transportation and Human Resource Manager. In 2006, I established the SweetSpot Coffee Shoppe in downtown Whitewater which I sold in 2009.

I decided to get into the Real Estate business because I love meeting people and helping them. For me, Real Estate is a very personal "people" profession and a unique service industry. I love getting to know people, finding out what they want and helping them figure out how to get it.

In 2013, Dave Mansur and I formed davemansurwww Real Estate and opened our first office in Janesville Wi. In 2015 I opened our Whitewater branch. Dave and I, having both owned and operated different business in the past, felt these experiences and our local knowledge helped lead to the success of our brokerage with hundreds of transactions over the past few years. In 2021, after Daves passing, I branched off and started doing business as Platner Realty.

We put an emphasis on our social media and new technologies while also realizing that we are in the people and relationship business. Our agents will take the time to truly listen to what you have to say. We believe that buying or selling your home is about so much more than just the real estate, its about your life, your family, and your dreams. We enjoy helping our clients turn those dreams into an address.
