Jennifer graduated from the University of Illinois and workedin the communication and advertising fields before obtaining her real estate license in 2005. She has had a very successful real estate career receiving numerous awards including: Century 21's Multi-Million Dollar Silver Producer Award - 2006 & 2007, GOLD Award 2008 & 2009, Million Dollar Rookie, and Rookie of the Year nominee for the Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS. In addition to her sales awards, Jennifer has earned the prestigious REALTOR e-PRO Certification, becoming one of the elite group of course graduates representing only 1% of all real estate professionals in the country. She earned her Managing Broker's license in 2009 and attained the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation in 2010.
In December of 2013 Jennifer purchased Century 21 Simpson Realty, established in 1995, from Jim Simpson. She is now the managing broker/owner of Century 21 Reid Baugher Realty in Litchfield and Hillsboro, serving Montgomery and Macoupin counties, as well as the surrounding areas.
