I am the managing broker and owner of Coldwell Banker Allen Real Estate. This company was started over 60 years ago by Mr. J. Paul Allen. The business was later managed by his sons, David and Lloyd. I have become the first non-family member to own and manage this real estate business, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
I have obtained both the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, and my primary focus is that of residential real estate. I currently serve on the board of directors that govern the Egyptian Board of Realtors.
Having resided in the Centralia area for over 25 years, I am well acquainted with this area and the surrounding 3 county area. I welcome any inquiries you may have regarding real estate here. I look forward to hearing from you!!
