I have been in the real estate business for many years, and I have always kept a positive attitude during the ups and downs in the market. It is a privilege for me to assist my buyers and sellers in the most personal business of buying a home.

I graduated from Rockford College and I achieved the designation of Certified Residential Specialist by completing a rigorous course of advanced training in real estate and by meeting significant experience requirements. It was a requirement of the course that every Realtor have a mix of experience and number of real estate transactions.

My wife and I have lived in the Rockford area all our lives. We love our city, our home town of Pecatonica, IL, and the Midwest in general. We raised five children here and all but one1 lives here too.

When I meet with people who want to sell their home or need to sell their home, I prepare a very detailed report on the sales of other homes in their area and on the homes that are currently listed for sale. Together we arrive at a price to list the house. We are members of the Rockford Multiple Listing Service and the Chicago area listing service. Our listings are entered into all of the top websites available, such as this one.

We believe we owe our success to our communication with our sellers and with our buyers. We do not have a sign installed in the yard and then wait for action. We let our sellers know of every showing, every feedback from other Realtors, and we work with our sellers to prepare the house for showings. We don''t always have good news, but we always stay in touch.

Our team works very hard for our customers and we take great pride in our success.
