Terrell Gholston is an avid real estate enthusiast who knows that gaining a thorough understanding of a client's needs and then doing whatever it takes to deliver results with the client's best interest in mind is at heart of effective real estate representation. He's committed to integrity, loyalty, honesty and fairness. He's never happy with status quo. He's always pushing himself to improve clients' experience. Whether buying, selling or leasing, he want each client to walk away with more than they thought possible.
He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 2007 from Tennessee State University. Since moving back to Chicago in 2007, he has had the great opportunity to work in the front office for the Chicago White Sox. He has also had the great opportunity to work for the State of Illinois for 4 years. He then went on to get his Illinois Real Estate Broker Licence and worked with Baird & Warner. Years later, he obtained his Real Estate Managing Broker's license and opened his own brokerage. Terrell is now the Managing Broker/Owner of BrookRell Realty Group LLC.
He is the proud Father of three beautiful kids, and in his spare time he enjoys reading, walking, working out, spending time with his Wife, Kids, family & friends, attending social events, volunteering, and mentoring the youth.
