Patricia works primarily throughout the North Shore and the north side of Chicago, including Evanston, Wilmette, Skokie and Glenview.

Patricia DeNoyer has been helping buyers and sellers in many different real estate transactions: single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, vacant land, apartment buildings, and most recently short sales.

From pricing the property right, to marketing it through print, social media, and digital initiatives, to negotiating and closing the deal, Patricia DeNoyer is there every step of the way. Buyers can rely on Patricias knowledge of the market, neighborhoods, schools and real estate trends to help them find the perfect home.
For more than eight years, Patricia DeNoyer also worked with a developer of new condominiums in Evanston. For three of those years she ran a boutique real estate office that marketed his Evanston properties as well as other real estate properties. She has been involved in the marketing of over 500 new condominiums in Evanston. She was involved with the floor plans and helped make suggestions for changes based on the needs of the customer. This experience gave Patricia an edge and deep understanding of the involved process of planning, building, selling new construction and the unique skill to understand the floor plans.
Get to know Patricia
Patricia DeNoyer was born and raised in England and moved to Chicago in 1969. She moved to Evanston with her husband in 1974 and in 2004 moved into a new condominium in downtown Evanston. They have two adult children, one living in Washington D.C. and the other in Chicago. Both children attended what is now Pope John XXIII School and then Evanston Township High School. She was an active volunteer during the grade school years and was active in and then President of the ETHS Booster Club. She was also a member of the ETHS Athletic Hall of Fame Board for several years.
Patricia enjoys reading, going to plays and movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
