Sally Haynes is a top producing listing agent whose prior background as an executive assistant for eighteen years, as well as her leadership experience as a sales manager, trainer and mentor, have given her a strong foundation in organization, negotiation, attention to details and ability to choose the right people for the team. After high school, Sally graduated from Robert Morris College, went on to successfully complete the Appraiser Course at Triton College, became licensed in Illinois Real Estate Sales in 1996, and ultimately obtained her Illinois Managing Real Estate Broker License in 1998. She also holds a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Association of Realtors and is a Keller Williams Global Property Specialist. When not listing and selling properties, Sally spends her time relaxing with family and friends, reading, doing yoga or enjoying foods from around the world in any one of Chicagos many restaurants.
Mitch Krasinski is a buyer and tenant specialist who is great at thinking outside of the box to get the job done. He listens to the clients needs, guides them to focus on whats important and finds them the perfect homes. Mitch has also been increasing his focus with sellers and obtaining listings, particularly reaching out to for sale by owners and his sphere of influence to secure listings for the team. Mitch also handles many of the listing and sales tasks such as meeting appraisers, inspectors and contractors, checking on properties and managing lockboxes. When not selling real estate, Mitch enjoys fishing, hunting, anything car related, riding his motorcycle, spending time with friends & family, and working on his honey do list.
Lorie McDaniel joined the Haynes Home Team in April 2018. Born into a family of real estate professionals, it was only a matter of time before she, too, joined the business. Lorie grew up in Texas and attended Baylor University earning a degree in Political Science. Twenty-eight years in customer service has provided Lorie with the tools and education to effectively communicate and negotiate with people in a variety of situations. A self-described people person, she embraces the energy & opportunities that real estate offers. Lorie has lived in Chicago for nineteen years and has found the condominium market one of particular interest. She specializes in condominium sales in the city of Chicago & surrounding areas. In her free time, Lorie enjoys animal rescue, gardening, spending time at the lake, swimming & working out. Several times a year she goes to Texas to visit family and friends. Grateful for a close circle of friends, she and her friends enjoy concerts, musicals and the arts.
