Sellers will be provided with a comprehensive marketing package at our first listing appointment. This includes staging assistance, professional photography & a virtual tour. Tangible marketing materials include full color brochures & exterior flyers as well as I provide the most expansive website marketing. This provides sellers with the maximum property exposure. All of this, combined with my specific knowledge of market statistics and trends, I can ensure the highest success rate of getting a property SOLD.
I enjoy working with buyers to assist them in finding their dream home. Following the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple & Sweet) model, I work to guide my clients through the complex process of buying a home. This starts with recommending a competent and reputable lender, to determining buyers needs and then viewing homes.
My guidance continues as we negotiate and then work through the inspection process on the house they choose. I enjoy coaching buyers through the closing and provide recommendations for service providers to help ensure my clients are confident and excited about the home they purchased.
My personal and professional connections often blend as I am very involved in the community. I am an active board member of Tri-Cities Family Services and a former board member of Batavia Foundation for Educational Excellence. In addition, I am an active participant of Batavia Main Street activities.
Currently I reside in Batavia with my husband Sean, four kids and two dogs. I enjoy the flexibility of being a Realtor so that I can regularly volunteer at my the local schools and extra-curricular activities. And when the opportunity allows, you can find me on the tennis court.
