I am part of the "Gardner Group" and this is a little bit of information about us. We would like to introduce ourselves, we are Jeff and Donna Gardner or also known as the Gardner Group. We are both Realtors with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bradley. We reside in Clifton, IL. I served over 23 years with the United States Air Force, primarily as a Recruiter. During this time I honed my skills as a manager, sales trainer, marketer, and a negotiator. These are skills that have helped me make the transition to real estate very smooth. Donna has worked in Riverside Hospital and for Central School District for many years. She and I work fulltime as realtors. We were very successful during our first year, closing just over 1.9 million and putting 20 families in new homes. In 2013, we closed over 5.1 million in closings and helped over 48 families find their new home. Many of our properties have had accepted offers in less than 120 days, with some closing in this time frame also! In Aug, we were recently presented the Rising Star Award from the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of Realtors.
We are searching for new clients that are wanting to get their homes sold. We will work very aggressively to locate buyers for your property. Not only do we advertise nationally and locally, but also around the globe.
