We are proud to continue the BOEYE Real Estate Tradition in the Quad Cities which started in 1954 with Brad's grandmother, Margaret Pryce BOEYE. Margaret was the FIRST female real estate broker in the Quad Cities Area, and we are the 3rd generation of BOEYE Realtors in the QCA!
In the summer of 2022, after graduating from Carthage College, PT Boeye joined BOEYE as a FULL TIME Realtor licensed in IA & IL. PT spent 3 summers during his college years as an intern with BOEYE. He is now the 4th generation of BOEYE REALTORS. He specializes in residential sales & social media marketing.

Brad grew up on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities, in Rock Island. He started his real estate career in Champaign IL, after graduating college, before moving back to the Quad Cities area. He has worked in offices in both Moline, Davenport, & now Bettendorf.
Andrea grew up on a farm north of the Iowa Quad Cities and later moved to Bettendorf.
