I have been a Realtor since 2005, but I have been in customer service for 24 years. My passion is to help sellers to sell their homes at the highest possible price and helping buyers to find their dream home, I try to get to know my buyers and sellers so I know what is important to them and always listen to their input, If you have questions, that I don't know the answer to, I will find the answer or point you in a direction that you will be able to get those answers.
I work with excellent lenders who know their business in and out and are willing to assist you. There are programs right now in the city of Kankakee for buyers. Home inspection is very important and the inspectors that we work with are honest and personable and ready to educate the public about housing. There has not been a house that I listed that I didn't find its personality and find its own uniqueness.
